When you first contact us, an attorney, not an intake technician, will provide you with a free case review. The attorney will provide you with their opinion on the merits of your case and whether our firm can assist. After you’ve signed up with our firm, we begin the investigation. The investigation includes gathering evidence such as car accident reports, witness statements, surveillance footage, and defendant insurance information.
While we conduct our investigation, it’s your job to treat and begin the healing process. Treatment time varies from case to case. Depending on the severity of the injury, it can take anywhere from a few months to a few years for your injuries to fully resolve.
After your treatment comes to an end or your doctor has designated that you’ve reached maximum medical improvement (MMI) we will submit a demand to the insurance company.
